We use this system on a daily basis to organize and synchronize the entire company’s activity, to guarantee privacy policy for our clients’ data, and to create and maintain a close relationship with every one of them.
10 simple steps for your projects’ translation
Evaluation and quoting
01 Send a quote request by e-mail (remember to leave your contact data and mention everything that is important for us to know)
02 One of our project managers will evaluate your project (he/she will count the exact number of pages your project has)
03 We will compose a customized quote and send it to you by e-mail (the quote will have details and it will be created according to project difficulty, deadline and associated services recommended by us or requested by you)
Execution and supervising
04 After we receive your consent, your quote will transform itself into an order (within a minute after your consent, the quote becomes a firm order)
05 You will receive an order confirmation to know we are working on your project (you will have the confirmation at hand to find out all the details of the project and especially that we have started working on your translation)
06 Your project will be assigned to the most suitable translators (depending on document’s area of expertise, deadline, and associated services we will give your project to the most suitable specialists)
07 Your project manager will supervise the translation’s execution (he/she will keep you updated with your project’s status and he/she will take care that all the details of the order are considered)
08 After your project manager will receive the translation from the translators, he/she will check it (before delivery, the translation will be checked to be complete and to match your order)
Delivery and feedback
09 The translation will be delivered according to the order, along with delivery note and invoice (the translation will be delivered in an editable format by e-mail, courier, according to what you initially decided)
10 We will contact you to receive feedback from you (because we wish to make sure that you are pleased with our services, we will request your feedback regarding the delivered translation)
