Types of interpreting
Depending on the subject, number of participants and allocated budget for your event, you can choose between two interpreting types: consecutive interpreting or simultaneous interpreting.
Consecutive interpreting
This service is recommended for business meetings, negotiations, presentations and usually involves the job of a single interpreter who transmits the message to the auditorium.
Consecutive interpreting implies the assistance of one of our experienced Romanian interpreters, who will act as an intermediate between speakers and will transmit the message from one interlocutor to another, as accurately as possible.
Simultaneous interpreting
This kind of interpreting is recommended for ample and public events like conferences, congresses, symposiums. It is recommended when the message transmitted by the presenters is more likely to have the purpose to inform about some facts or researches, than the one to negotiate or of private discussions.
Simultaneous interpreting is done by experienced interpreters in this area. It implies for the conference room to be equipped with special cabins for interpreters, headphones and microphones for all participants to the event. If the simultaneous interpreting will be done for several foreign languages, you will need a team of two or more interpreters who can assure the interpreting of the message at the same time with the speakers.
