Any material that you can provide is very useful for the interpreters, from your company’s website up to presentations and documents which are the basis of the meeting you are organizing.
The interpretation service means an increased effort of the interpreter, since the interpreter must transmit as correctly, exactly, objectively and promptly possible the message of the speakers. Therefore the maximum recommended interpreting period is 6 hours per day. For longer periods we recommend to consult us so we can talk in detail about your suggested agenda and the assignment of the necessary number of interpreters.
